Disgraceful. You're left in the dark with no wifi especially over lockdown.

Disgraceful service. I signed up and all was fine, that part of the process was easy and quick. The last few months have been awful. Their Whatsapp facility is manned by *********** rude staff who easily terminate the Whatsapp chat which, on average, lasts around an hour if you're lucky. The call back facility is useless. You're subjected to flirting by the male staff - I've been asked where I work, and what my details are. We're talking months of nil service. We're still awaiting an engineer to come out and fix a fault. They keep closing the open tickets without resolving them. Terrible all around.
