Disgraceful shunting around of customer.

Fibre installation scheduled for today at 08:00.

No-one arrived.

Then phoned to reschedule at for 14:30.

Then they phoned at 12:40 to say they are there. My assistant rushed there to meet them and there is no-one there.

Complete and utter disregard. Disgraceful customer service. They cannot phone their installation teams (telecoms company).

Unbelievable.
