Disgraceful service from Afrihost.com

Even after admitting that there have been ongoing technical issues, you still feel justified in not providing any sort of credit after 6 months of poor connectivity, buffering and slow speeds You are unable to cancel immediately but as soon as the debit order has run, suddenly you can cancel!

TT connect were at my home on Saturday to do a range of tests and have confirmed that their line is delivering the required performance Not once did you ever arrange this or attempt to test properly

Your extreme arrogance is only surpassed by you pathetic product and worse service You treat customers like they owe you!

I do not need or even want you credit - This was the final test to see what kind of company you run

I will get far more JOY running your business into the ground and costing you customers for a long time to come as I am very connected in the community and in sports circles

Your tag line should change to Pure internet disaster That's how I will refer to it from now on

I sincerely hope you company will get what's due to it as you write off another disgusted customer
