Disgrace of a company

Hi There . I just received a mail informing me of a price increase in March. Do you realize how many other companies are offering fibre packages at a much lower rate than you guys are? Further to this, you have no form of empathy towards people who are still on reduced salaries and who have been loyal to you for over 6 years. This is the poorest service received to date and trust me i will be taking my hard earned money somewhere else. Pathetic Let me not even get to the sentiments where there are constant connectivity issues. What a damn ******* man!!! I would be ashamed of myself
