Discusting Service!

I connected with Afrihost about a few weeks ago, great first impression. Got my router quickly, got a call from OpenServe etc.

Now there's a hiccup on the installation and Afrihost shows no communication or efforts to assist me with this! common! do you think you're the only ISP?? nice way to mess up your initial impression of your services! if you aren't interested in my business fetch your damn router and I'll go to a business, who wants to do business!

now weeks later after delivering the router AND WITH 0 SERVICE OR NOT BEING CONNECTED, I'm trying to send it back and get charged R99!? YOU ARE A BUNCH OF *********** *******!!
