Disconnected because of payment issues with payfast

I have been trying to sort a card payment query since 02/10/2024, which has caused by line to be disconnected . Spoke to Thato , Jama Andile amongst another’ who could not resolve my query . Thato advised that I use a different card , which I did . Promised to generate an and send me a new payment link , never happened - Every day it’s a different story . .Called the manager Warren who was too busy to take my call and advised via Mbali that my query has been escalated to Vuma . This is surprising cause Jama to me that the query will be escalated to Vuma on the 3rd already .Also tried the Wattapp line and received no response , also logged a ticket on client zone . Still waiting for feedback
