Disastrous service from Afrihost

Profile Corporate Services has multiple servers at Afrihost and one of their genius techies reduced the RAM on our main server from 32GB to 1GB. Profile provides all its services via the Internet and the result is disastrous for my business. None of my clients can log in to the system as it is non-responsive on the RAM available. And they just don't care. Their service has become progressively worse over the last year and I am seriously looking to move to another service provider. If anyone has a good suggestion, I am all ears.
