Disappointing service from Afrihost

Afrihost service has really taken a turn for the worse recently. I've been using their services for 5+ years mostly because customer service was good, but lately this has significantly changed. Their responses are slow & often something generic like "we are working on it and will update you soon". Days will go by and the information doesn't change.

Most recently, in one day i've had completely different answers from the whatsapp support team and the X (Twitter) Team, which further proves that responses are not based in truth
