Disappointing service

I have signed up for a fibre package at a house I occupied in May. The previous owner if the house had an existing but damaged fibre connection, which when I signed up Afrihost offered a free installation. Their installers came to check the line, installers came and they said they were not booked for a reinstallation but to come see whats wrong with the line, they reconnected the line with a red tape which came off few days later. Afrihost billed me for installation, I queried this and they returned my money. Two months fighting with them to come install a new line going back and forth with them and an independent installer nothing to this day, on the 2nd December they bill me for the month, for a service I did-not even use. When I request my money back they tell me stories. I am very disappointed with their service after they came so highly recommended.
