DISAPPOINTING SERVICE

We are moving premises, and signed up with Afrihost in August 2022 in preparation for our move in November 2022.

Despite following up on progress, still nothing had been done.

After daily queries, only today, the 7th of November 2022 was I ever given a Frogfoot reference number or contacted concerning progress updates.

The matter has now become urgent, and we still don't have an idea as to when the matter will be resolved.

Disappointed in the service of this ordinarily reputable service provider.
