Disappointing service Afrihost+Openserve

Afrihost was unable to resolve my issue. Every day I have to WhatsApp them and explain the same issue again, with the same ineffective troubleshooting methods. Fault logged with Openserve more than 3 times.

Need this resolved by lunchtime tomorrow or I'll find an alternative ISP after being a loyal customer for nearly 8 years.
