Disappointing Service!!!

I'm a new customer of afrihost I I must say I'm extremely disappointed with regards to the billing and in support of this company it is really appalling Any query that gets dealt with is either escalated and they promise you feedback and they don't get back to you at all everyday I have to call in with the same issue
