Disappointing service

Disappointing service from Call Centre agents & technicians. They are not willing to assist and the times they do it is with such a lack of enthusiasm. Don't even try to go the extra mile either to help. After weeks of struggling to get the correct service from Vumatel & Afrihost they ended up just passing the buck to each other. We phoned and asked the agent to cancel our new contract with Afrihost as we will go find a different provider. All the agent said was that we need to cancel it on the website and then said SHARP with such an attitude and put the phone down. We will be taking our business & home needs elsewhere if this is what service delivery is like with Afrihost. I have read & heard of the bad service from Afrihost and now experienced it first hand. Not good guys. Not good!
