Disappointing lack of service

I'm really disappointed with the lack of customer service which I've received with Afrihost. Right back to the day when I first signed up and they debited me the incorrect amount right up to my experience with them today. My Wi-Fi is not working - I contact the WhatsApp line to get assistance - they're telling me to connect a Lan cable to my laptop - well firstly, have you confirmed whether I have a Lan cable OR a laptop - because I don't have either. When it became obvious that the consultant today was NOT going to assist me - I then said I would call back tomorrow and speak with someone rather - to which he responds, "is there anything else which I can assist you with?" Well actually - no, you've done nothing to assist me in the first place. And this is my experience each and every time. It's a real pity that service and price literally do go hand in hand... Shocking
