Disappointing after sales service

Very disappointing, I expected more from this ISP. You guys were so quick to debit my account for R1200 but I'm receiving network speed of 25mps since I purchased it.

I moved over from rain because of one cell tower in our area now I'm regretting it.

I use my Internet to work from home and to see my debit order go off but my issue still remain unresolved and no feedback or even a call to tell me what's going on.
