Disappointed with Afrihost lack of integrity

I ordered Pure DSL on 9 November. Latest installation date was 27 Nov. It is now 7 Dec and Afrihost has no answer except "you have to wait for Openserve to make an appointment to do the installaion"

I liaised with support via phone and WhatsApp several times but this has proven useless.

I already have the infrastructure. No need for copper installation, just setup and activation

Why provide an installation date when you cannot stick to it?
