Disappointed in Afrihost service

After much hype and promise, I'm really disappointed with Afrihost. Firstly, I'm using their fibre service and I don't trust the data consumption that they say I consume. Secondly, when one needs support their telephone lines are always busy and one has to wait an enormous amount of time to be helped. If one tries to use their "live" chat, it's always offline. Their sms line for "help" never gets answered, and their support tickets tale days to get a reply and then they don't actually resolve the problem!

I request to change to another "uncapped" package over a month ago, and it still hasn't been done, and no-one comes back to me to tell me what the delay is.
