Disappointed in Afrihost

I ordered an LTE package with modem and a VOIP service with handset from Afrihost. The payment was taken off my bank account by debit order. Afrihost claim to deliver within 3 to 5 working days. Six working days later the items had not been delivered. When I submitted a query I was advised that the goods had not been dispatched as they had no record of payment. The company does not supply a tracking number and appears to be in total disarray.
