Disappointed

Why do you still use CCD couriers although they have a huge reputation here on Hello Peter for bad service, and from my personal experience, the CCD website does not work (404 error when tracking), you cant track your parcel and the helpdesk is not helpful at all. They promise delivery at a certain time then send you a delay SMS.
