Disappointed

Afrihost is being unfair and i called through the consultant i spoke to couldn't even explain the following

My inception date is February but i got a renewal fee charged in January and not on inception date She couldn't explain why the debit date is not consistent also why am i being charged admin fees if they are debiting on the incorrect date

I live on a budget , the rand is low , the economy is tight , so i cant keep providing for debt dates that are inconsistent.

Kindy sort this out or else i will have to find another service provider.
