Disappointed

<p>Live chat is a hoax - had a conversation for 35min and then after I did not hear from consultant for 17min I decided I could not go on with such careless service. </p> <p> </p> <p>I then called the helpline and was glad I only had to wait for 15min to speak to some one. Unfortunately they still could not fix my slow Internet speed. </p> <p> </p> <p>Previous calls for the same problem my waiting time was 25 and 35min. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am moving to Telekom. I can't struggle like this any more. </p>
