Disappearing Data, Unhelpful Support

<p>Last night, 13 July, +-7gigs of my data vanished and I attempted to contact support about this. Basically all they kept doing was apologise, then blame me, then say there is nothing they can do. I am absolutely shocked. It's like I get copy pasted responses and they ignore everything I say to them. Afrihost please review the tickets I submitted urgently and review my data usage logs. Why would I suddenly trash through that much mobile data it's so expensive and I've been using it for years I've never done that now your support team has the audacity to blame me email after email literally I don't know if they even read what I'm saying. I took up your mobile offering basically upon release and have been a customer with you for so so long I cannot believe I have to come complain here... </p> <p> </p> <p>Simon Cox </p>
