Digital planet cancelled the order

I ordered a rain package, however they called my mum for delivery and told her she ordered the router when she didn’t I called immediately to solve the problem I was told someone from Afrihost would call me 24 hours later no ones called me R150 airtime later the order is still cancelled and I don’t know when my router will be delivered
