Did not update domain register for 1 year letting the domain expire

<p>My domain has been suspended due to afrihost not migrating my domain from the default registrar to, essentially, themselves. I've phoned and created a support ticket yesterday, which I see now has been deleted without the issue being resolved. What is truly pathetic is that you had 1 year to action this, and it came to the point where the domain had to be suspended and me doing all the chasing. Don't tell me you didn't know about this, your dns-admin is the administrative contact and ALL org.za domains are affected. </p> <p>Cherry on top? I get the SMS to rate your service. Here it is: SUB ZERO.</p>
