Deteriorating Service

<p>Over the past few months the service from your support teams has gone from bad to absolutely terrible. Between your ridiculous hold times to some of your temperamental staff I'm not certain how much longer I will want to continue my services with you. It's saddening to see how Afrihost has gone from the best in the market to the typical "I'm too big to give a BS" company. </p>
