Destroying small businesses one at a time - do not let Afrihost host your servers

Afrihost service is completely appalling!!! Whilst apparently "assisting" my husband with his email, one Boitumelo managed to "hard delete" 14 years of business emails 2 weeks ago!! We have spent in excess of 3 hours on hold waiting for people to get back to us and still we have no resolution!! NO ONE IN YOUR ORGANISATION GETS BACK TO US!!! He has had to take the machine to various IT techs to try and recover his mail and still there is mail missing. This is business mail, and NO ONE is prepared to take responsibility. Supervisors promise to call back numerous times - NOTHING!! For the last 10 days we have had ZERO feedback/ communication from anyone - all we get is - I have escalated/ sent a message/ raised a ticket. Boitumelo - who claims he "CAN DO EVERY JOB IN AFRIHOST" (check the recording) managed to delete the POP 3 server whilst on anydesk on my husbands machine and then disappeared. You people are complete and utter idiots.
