Despicable service from Afrihost Fibre

Order placed on 4th April. They only managed to install the lines on 7May after several follow ups. Then to top it off they neglected to advise the router that's supposedly part of the activation and installation was not ordered by me, however surely when I decided on the product and the package which includes this it wasn't picked up. This experience is terrible and I paid mind you for April/May without even using any data. I am still waiting on a router and have to pay for delivery but I will surely be charged for the new month whilst waiting to actually use the services I'm paying for. Ridiculous!!!!
