Despicable service: Afrihost

I have been without fibre since Monday 27 February 2022. Day 5 - still not resolved. No feedback. Afrihost will not give me the details of TT Connect so I can contact them directly. They promise 24-48 hours turn around time. Also a joke. First response I received from Afrihost was my debit order going off and then 4 days later after me constantly asking for feedback they advised that MAYBE on the 8 March someone will come out. No one has responded to lack of service. No one cares that I cannot work or my children cannot do online classes and homework. TT Connect number just rings and I am very frustrated. DO NOT make the mistake of using Afrihost. Complete waste of time and sanity. ISSUE STILL NOT RESOLVED - DAY 5
