Despicable
I have been a loyal client to Afrihost for years, I recently moved house and because the area that I am in now is not serviced by Telkom so I signed up a 15gig Mobile Data with \of course Afrihost". I signed up at 3:00pm and after a few hours I cancelled the service. The speeds were nothing short of PATHETIC . LTE download speed at 5mbits?? I cancelled telephonically"

We apologise for the poor speeds you experienced on your mobile data.
As you may know our mobile data runs on the MTN network, performance is based on the towers and coverage in your area. Furthermore, LTE has to be enabled upon request, the SIMs do not come with LTE already activated.
Your service has been cancelled and a credit was awarded. As per your wishes a refund will be processed after our billing run has been completed on 7th April. Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to reflect in your account. After which, you can contact us at *** if there is still a problem.
