Deployment Disaster

<p>I requested that my application be deployed to my newly created domain and I provided all the information that was needed for the deployment to be done via email, this was done at 11:51 on 08 January 2017. Issues from Afrihost ranging from a standby support specialist who was not available for 3 hours, to promises of being called back and that do not happen. I promised my client that the application would be up and running on Monday morning because Afrihost consultants assured me that it would be. Until now, this has not been done! Every time I call them, I get told the same thing “the server specialist is working on it.” I do not get told what exactly they are struggling with, I’m unable to speak to the server team because there are no direct lines to them.</p> <p>My ticket number is MDM- ********** 4.</p> <p> </p> <p>Afrihost, I need to know what exactly is the problem with deploying this application. If this is the service I should expect going forward, let me know and I will move all my 3 domains.</p>
