Deplorable service

Would give a zero if I could. Afrihost is accepting Fibre installation requests regardless of whether they can actually do the installation or not. If you cannot supply FTTB then DO NOT accept the order! Our installation was a total ***** up due to your greed after sales.

We were only notified after 16 days that Afrihost cannot do our install, by some obnoxious WhatsApp agent (in desperate need of training btw), and the agreement is 7-14 for your complete installation.

The WhatsApp service is terrible!!! Your agents all behave as if your type of problem is new to them! We requested a call back, and when I answer the call, the call gets put down on the other side, with no regard! No other calls or messages from them... Again, in desperate need of training...

Your service is shocking! Afrihost are trying really hard to make sure small businesses die while they chase after more money and contracts they won't service while wasting everyone's time in the process.
