DENIALS AND EMPTY PROMISES

On the 12th of April I sent an email saying I want to claim for my mobile wifi device as it is malfunctioning. I received an email from Siyabonga saying \Our Comprehensive Protection Plan For Just R19PM You Can Protect Your Afrihost Mobile Data SIM\". I was totally shocked as I have been paying R19 a month for an extend warranty on the MiFi device. When I logged into my account and clicked on my device it said I was covered under extended warranty. Why would I want to pay R19 a month to cover a sim card that costs R2? I then sent an email stating that I was given the wrong impression and Hlombile sent an email apologising, that is all I received, an apology. On the 15th of April I then decided to call them, Quinton assured me that the device was covered and he would call me right back. 8 hours later he still had not so i sent an email complaining about waiting so long for a call. An hour later a guy called me and assured me that he would direct the query to the supplier so they could come fetch the device from me.. He said they would contact me by the 18th, it is now tthe 20th and I have not received any communication. What happened to your once great service? Disappointed!!!"
