Demand Vuma to Respond

From another person’s perspective and even my own, it is vuma that is not responding to the escalation to terminate but the fact that I communicate with Afrihost as my internet service provider and they can’t do anything about our issue makes Afrihost look like they can’t do their jobs. We asked vuma through Afrihost to terminate the existing order so we could order a new one. I updated our card on payfast and even paid for my airmobile debt of R10 yet they keep spewing the same nonsense on my email telling me to update my card on payfast.
