Delivery of Order Sim Card

AfriHost states that you deliveries take 3-7 days. I ordered and paid for a new sim card on the 18th of February 2016. Today is the 29th and I'm still waiting. <br> <br> I think this is extremely poor since not even a communication was sent to me about the status of my delivery. The money went out of my account in no time but i have no Sim card to show for it.
