Delivery not what was promised

I received a new router, with sim card inserted this afternoon, supposedly all set up and ready to go. DEFINITELY not set up and ready to go. What a run-around to try to get connected. And I am still battling, even with the help of someone on WhatsApp. I would never have considered this package if I had known that it would not be set up as promised on the Afrihost website
