"DELIVERY NOT DELIVER IN 7 WORKING DAYS AS POLICY STATES

I order a new Internet package the 31st of October 2017 and It is now the 10th of November and I haven't received my order yet. When i inquired on the 7th of Nov they said it would be delivered withing 7 working days and it has passed and nothing happen.

I have to order fiber soon and I don't think Afrihost would be my choice due to there poor service.
