Delay in resolving a query ITM-***3

I logged a call on 30 March, and to date my query has not been resolved. Every follow‑up result in me speaking with a different consultant, fand having to repeatedly explain the same issue, only for it to be referred yet again with the 24-72 hours turnaround time. The automated WhatsApp responses are ineffective and extremely frustrating. Despite me providing a reference number and my ID number, I am repeatedly asked to supply the same information, suggesting that prior interactions are not being reviewed. This raises serious concerns about whether the enquiry portal is being properly updated with the latest communication history. To say that I am disappointed with the service would be an understatement😢😒
