Delay in order

I placed an order with Afrihost on the 13th of December 2019 for the 100gig mtn fixed wireless and the Huawei modem. Afrihost only dispatched the sim to the couriers and did not send the modem which I paid for. I called Afrihost on the 18th to enquire and also on the 19th however the modem has not been dispatched. I don't think Afrihost cares about its customers
