Delay in installation and no response from them.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the delay in the installation of the fiber connection at my residence.

I submitted my application for the fiber connection on June 25th and was eagerly awaiting a call from Vumatel regarding the installation schedule. However, despite my repeated attempts to reach them , I have not received any updates or confirmation of when they will be coming to install the connection.

I must admit that I am not pleased with the delayed service because they called me once and said theyd fix any error on their part (I paid via PayFast with urgency). I was told about the reliability and efficiency of your services, which is why this delay comes as a surprise and inconvenience. What angers me is that I have paid them before they never came nor did they reimburse me for their mistake,I took a chance with Afrihost and I am still awaiting them.

I kindly request your assistance in expediting the process and ensuring that the fiber connection installation is completed at the earliest convenience. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
