Deducted money for a service they cannot provide

They deducted R5500 from my account for a service that they could not provide (and did not inform me that they could not provide until I followed up multiple times). It is absolutely impossible to get hold of anyone who can help me. I have contacted them more than 30 times and I get through to a different person at the call center every time- none of them who have been able to offer a solution or assist in any way. I would avoid this company at all costs as getting any kind of assistance from them is impossible. I have since had exceptional service from FREDD and TT Connect.
