Dedicated server packages

I changed my server from managed to self managed. The cost should have gone from R1370.00 to R970.00 Now Afrihost has changed there self managed packages to not have licensing (cpanel ) which now costs R700.00. This is not something that have been notified about and I would also like to know how is it possible that the self managed package and managed package difference is now only R50?
