Dedicated hosting support

<p>Having elected to move our business to the cloud we decided to use Afrihost.</p> <p>In the first 6 weeks their support was very good but now has dwindled to almost non-existent.</p> <p>Support tickets get no response and, IF they do, nobody comes back with a resolution.</p>
