i initially did a request from Afrihost together with Zumatel and they advised that i will get connection in 4 weeks from the 8/1/2018, i did the confirmation, i did the payment and i was then told that i would get connected last week. i called last week and the lady informed me that she would escalate the matter and i don't have to worry. The gentlemen that i spoke to day now informed me that i need to wait 5 more weeks now because they could only do a manual request at the end of January yet you accepted the payment, who's fault is this?????????? i am absolutely perturbed with the service. i already contacted Wirulink and they informed me that they can do my connection before the end of next week. So i ask you this, why are you doing this to your clients? you have the banking details, the address, the payment, yet you are lying to us????????? installation ********** 9- ********** 49
