Debit order Amendments

To whom it May concern.

I need to speak with someone who has the power to change a billing date.

I do not want to speak to someone who cant help me.

I do not want to understand afrihost/vumatel billing.

I need the team to help me find a solution either eft to another account without my fibre be disconnected from africhost/vumatel and i would like cancel my debit order for the 1st as no matter how hard i try to change the dd dates to the 25th i get robotic answer.

I am reaching my boiling point.

Afrihost billing is automated and payment date has been set for the 1st of each month , the debit order date can not be changed .
