Debit my account by force

Is Afrihost a bank or what? I recently joined them and I decided to make manual payments and seems like they are forcing me to do debit order. And surprisingly they charge me for failed payments for debit order which I do not approve of them to debit my account. Well afrihost get your house in order and stop this nonsense...
