Debit Date issue

I shud have noticed with the delayed installation that afrihost has bad customer service. Its really frustrating they are a forward billing company and yet they do not let u select a debit date convenient for their customers, but will charge admin fees for delayed payments. This is ridiculous, its the customer that knows when there will be funds hence so why impose sumthing forcefully and apply penalties for disappointment you caused. really thinking of moving to VOX Telecom cant keep paying R50 admins every month bcos i get payed after afrihost's debit date.
