Dear Gian Visser... Afrihost (you) ARE RESTING and NOT NUMBER 1 for me

Up to a day ago, I had a 50mbps line but only getting 20mbps. After contacting your contact centre is went up for a couple of hours. I decided to take up the upgrade offer i.e. double line speed at the same prices for 4 months... Now I have a 100mbps line, but still getting 20mbps. Interesting ploy... provide a link that doesn't deliver as promised, then give an upgrade that doesn't change anything other than a momentary feel good and a false belief.

I feel like the emperor, in "the emperor's new clothes story", and my link has no substance... Very disappointed.
