Dealing with Afrihost is like pulling teeth

There is a problem with our vumatel box and Afrihost has been most unhelpful in getting our issue resolved. I’ve called in, chatted to their support team on whatsapp and received so many different conflicting answers. And each time I’ve asked them if they could follow up and their reply has been for me to contact them again if the issue was not resolved within the given Etr. They are not proactive, they do not go out of their way to assist you and getting an answer from them is like pulling teeth.
