Afrihost is the worst isp ever. They do not care about your problems and do not have a sense of urgency at all. I have been battling with agents just getting simple info right like I am applying for a new line in the property but a different flat as I am renting, the last 3 weeks have been hell for these people to understand that and today the openserve tech comes out and as I walk to the van he says he cannot do the line and it’s because they got the naming wrong again so instead of the address being 26b (which I have explained agents and managers) they put it as 26 . My frustration is through the roof and these people keep apologising but nothing productive is getting done , all they saying is they waiting for openserve to respond or they escelating it but there’s no sense of urgency at all. They are pretty quick to invoice you though , they activated my old line in my old flat on the same property which I moved away from and they invoiced me for it and now I am paying for a line that I’m not using. I have had it to my wits end with this company and don’t advise anyone to sign up with them.
