See below reply I received from afrishost. Keep in mind they still expect us to pay for the full package yet we are not receiving the full package. We paid last month under their promises that they will resolve our problem which did not happen now they want us to pay again in full for a service that we took 100meg down 100meg up uncapped premium which we only receive 4meg up. I don't even think this is legal according to the CPA you must pay for a service that you app**** for... Hey Theresa

The cancellation will be effective end of November, as the cancellation request was only done on the 29th of October.

We can not do an immediate cancellation, as we do require a month's notice for cancellation.
